Shipping Information

All puppies/dogs must receive a full health exam and a health certificate in order to be shipped by air or ground transport across state lines. We consider this health certificate as proof that the puppy is free of communicable disease and/or sickness at the time of the sale. This health certificate can be no more than 10 days old at the time of shipping. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the purchaser.

We DO NOT guarantee against conditions that may or may not be stress related and which can occur from the move to a new home and/or by the shipping process. These stress related conditions that have previously remained dormant can be triggered by the above and unfortunately cannot be diagnosed until an active case becomes evident. Some of these stress related conditions or illnesses are discussed in our puppy care information pages: coccidia, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and giardia.

WEATHER PERMITTING: In extreme temperatures shipping can be tricky. Departure, layover and arrival must not fall under 20 degrees or above 85 degrees. We will reschedule due to weather, but not refund. I will make every attempt possible to get your new baby to you as quickly as we can. Check the weather at our airport here.

Due to the rising cost of airline tickets as well as fuel surcharges, please contact me for the best up to date cost on airline shipping.
For adults the cost goes up. I will ship Monday through Friday. Only for exceptional circumstances will I ship on the weekends. Crates for puppies are 40.00. Crates for large puppies or adults are 50.00. There is a 100.00 charge for health exams that are required by law for an animal to board the airplane.
